Honestly one of the most unprofessional interview processes I’ve had. The director of HR is really something else and has never been a part of a RIF before. Out of touch and a reason for why the company is always going to be second fiddle. Two interviews and they won’t even send you a rejection - spend your time elsewhere don’t waste a minute here.
Why do you want to work at Methodist.
The questiosn were mainly about my PhD thesis Additionally, there were questions about the motivation and why you choose the specific position etc
There were multiple questions all very specific to the coverage area concerned.
I don't remember any questions that were that unexpected. They're not trying to stump you.
What interests you about this particular job role?
There weren't any unexpected questions but I didn't realize I would be expected to deliver a presentation.
Tell me about a time where you had a Research disagreement and how did you handled it?
They asked me how a senior leader would approach putting together a 5-year plan for technology deployment
