The Human Resources Department was very difficult to work with and it took 5 months to become a full time employee from a contact employee. They always asked how I was qualified for such a high level salary.

Allowed to write on the topic for 90 minutes in a manner that follows the typical structure of a piece of analysis. Once the writing was submitted and reviewed, the topic is presented and the panel asks questions about the content of the writing sample and the topic.
