1. Describe an enterprise support model and what does the curve of growth look like? 2. Are you mostly technical in fixing a problem or do you know how to help end users use the software? 3. How do you scale end user support to drive adoption but not overrun costs? 4. How do you globalize and go into new regions? 5. Tell me something innovative you did with technology to improve the customer experience, or to help your team, or help the business?
