Was my first interview so can't really compare. Didn't seem like anything that wouldn't be in a textbook or on the internet. Technical question was really simple, just explain recursion.
I was asked what my biggest regret in life was. I thought this was a rather bizarre question to ask somebody. I have many personal regrets which I probably would not have wanted to share with a stranger
Not question just my feedback: Very technical questions about my experience, to be honest it's boring questions, I can sense if he confused sometimes. Would be great if the questions are more into how can my past & current experience can added value to the role I'm applying to and why. Thus, not just talking about my very technical past experience, that could be very different with other companies and make you confused. You are building a business in the marketing and influencer industry, I found it weird the interview was like I'm applying to management consulting company.
Why should we hire you?
What can you tell me about yourself that no one else can tell me?
What sort of manager would you be? (from somebody I would be line managing!)
