Expect this interview to be mostly behavioural based - in the sense of "asking you about a time when..." to assess your past behaviour in order to try and predict your future behaviour (rather than living in the present). Pausing to try and remember your own experiences will be frowned upon and are expected to have an answer as soon as they ask the question.
Mostly critical thinking questions where you need to demonstrate your thinking pattern out loud.
The interviewer over the phone asked what my understanding of what the position was. Because I had applied 3 months prior, I was not prepared for the over the phone interview.
