They gave a case study example and asked how you would handle the situation. The case was a student coming to you with difficulties in personal and university life.
Their questions seemed repetitive and sometimes not clear. The lady who was to be my future colleague was part of the interview. I thought it was a bit odd because she is not a manager or a supervisor. Although I think it is nice to include her, is biased.
