I don't recall - I think the most difficult question was when I was asked to recall a time when a difficult situation arose that required thinking or acting outside of the box
Describe your skills as it relates to the position. Describe your management style
How would you react if someone commented about the service user's behaviour in the community ? What would you do if you suspect someone is abusing a service user?
Describe a time when you were faced with an irate customer and how did you resolve the issue
None - very standard. "Most challenging experience with a client" "Example of good customer service" "Top 3 strengths" "Top 3 Weaknesses" There is a written component where they ask you to respond to a mock-claimant email detailing an long-term disability claim
Describe a difficult situation you faced and how you solved it.
It was the infamous "tell me about yourself" and "what particular strengths make you stand out?" inquiries. Other questions were more situational where examples of previous experience were requested and therefore a little easier. For example, cite an example of working on a team and how I functioned there and describe a time I had to work with an uncompromising coworker were demonstrative of these.
