None, the interviewer did all the talking. The applicants would chime in and state how their experience related to the position. As a team player, I made my points succinctly and did not talk over the others. One interviewee let his mouth run in an attempt to dominate the conversation, only making himself look foolish. I felt this "interview" was such an insult to my intelligence and professionalism that walking out the door, I resolved to decline the position if offered.
Name a time you had to help a customer by providing complex instructions? Name a time you had a difficult customer? Name a time you received negative feedback?
