Questions more pertinent to role and my ideas I had on the structure. Asked where I a saw myself in 2/3 years time, asked questions on role and how I would like to develop. I get the feeling it was all about the individual, of course they were looking for competencies in the correct area, but I get the feeling it was a very people first organisation.
