Because I applied to an HR position I received a lot of behavioral and situational questions. For example, one of the questions they asked me was: "Have you ever dealt with a conflict before? If so how did you approach the situation and ultimately how did you resolve the issue?"

I remember being asked about how I had overcome conflict in a work setting.
Reviewed resume. Asked about housing requirements and salary requirements. 12 hour shifts okay?

If you were stuck on a mountain with 5 people and some of the people weren't carrying their weight, What would you do?
They asked if I had managed over people before? I found out they are looking for someone to manage 60 employees ( they don't post that in job description)
