Honestly there are no difficult questions because they follow the set plan for "A" Method. You can nail it if you are prepared. They are just looking for you to respond and give them three pluses and three negatives. Experience used to be a requirement, but they have really dropped that in favor of a much younger audience. If you are 35 and over you need not apply as you are not what they are looking for at this time. The trend is to hire right out of college with little or no experience.
This company seems fixated on WEAKNESSES. What's your greatest weakness? -- sometimes disguised as "Where do you feel you need development?" or "What's your biggest regret at your last job?" Really? Really? What's yours? Google "10 Worst Job Interview Questions" and you'll find them asking 70% of them. Public Storage uses the "A" Method of interviewing (search for the book on Amazon). The book posits that certain very specific answers are required for success in a position. If you don't have that specific answer, you won't be selected.
