How do you feel about doing an apprenticeship for 2-3 months at $13/hour?
Took the position of key decision makers and asked what would be important to each role.
The entire interview was all just a way to sell me on taking less pay for a job that would have more potential down the road. Complete lie. If I hadn't been told by a lot of people that ADP had such amazing training... I never would have accepted.
Typical sales questions, what drives you, challenges overcome etc.
Not so much a question, as stating things that you aren't sure if you are supposed to argue with or just nod and smile. It's not really about you, it's more about how many questions you can ask them. Make sure to take notes. Just keep talking.
They really want to get details of the number of hours per week you spend on the phone prospecting, though that approach seems to be changing.
Sell me this pen.
Interviewing with all 5 managers can be a challenge, but al of them are very nice and ask great questions to make you feel comfortable.
the interviewer--the first one, looked at my resume (clearly not reading it) and said why should i choose you when i could hire someone with a 4.0 gpa. ( my gpa was a cool 3.5) it was sort of off putting and said without reason. i felt he was trying to ruffle my feathers just because--if i wasn't a good fit why would the recruiter contact me in the first place. nothing really made sense....
