Very painful to the see present quality of people in the feild. Pfizer used to have best FF among all pharma companies. When i was not with Pfizer, i used to envy Pfizer personal not for thier salaries but for their communication skills and knowledge.

What is the plan for targeting clients for this position? How do you know if the target is a viable customer? What criteria would you base it on?
I was not surprised by any questions really... It felt more like a conversation between professionals than an interview in every case. One question was "can you describe some of your leadership philosophies?"
What was the culture at your last company
Basic interview questions. I felt that the interview was more of a conversation which was great. In this kind of setting was able to really get a feel for whether or not we would mesh well working together.
