There were no questions. The HR Manager did not give me the opportunity to speak for 45 minutes. They do not hire anyone from the outside for District Managers or even Store Manager positions - even with an expert level of experience. BB&B is posting openings for District and Store Managers to fish from an experienced talent pool to fill sales and Dept Mgr positions.
