There were alot of situational questions about how would I build a pipeline of candidates, what methods would I use, etc. There was also a great deal of discussion of the history of Farmers as well and a great deal of description of the day-to-day operations of the District and their brand of agent support.
What would your footprint be? (I had to clarify this, and they meant what would it be like to visit a location I managed).
