The questions were standard. Canned questions, requiring a canned/rehearsed response. There is also a few behavioural questions. I was initially asked to describe myself, and detail my career- responsibilities/achievements. Please ask for a position description before your interview. I asked for one at the onset of the interview, only to be told that they forgot to send it. Be prepared to be interviewed via WebX by the recruiter, while the manager sits opposite you and observes your body language/eye contact/composure.
