What skills do you have regarding collecting data from various sources and slicing and dicing it for reports and management presentations?
Most of the questions were related to my work experience and job roles in my previous jobs. I do not recall any difficult or unexpected questions.
How did you get your jobs? Asked very insulting questions although clearly I showed work from previous companies and had references. Lack of respect for designers although he is incapable of designing himself.
How will your experience in Sales help you in this position?
Develop a marketing plan for one of their brands with no other direction besides giving you the brand name. You are required to do your research on the brand, estimate sales volumes etc and come up with a budget. In person interview was more personality and personal family background info, likes, dislikes, how/what would you do in (different scenarios)
