For the situational judgement test, you are asked 25 questions which test you on the most and least effective responses to situations you may find yourself in as a fast streamer. You select the most effective and the least effective response for each of the 25 questions. This test is untimed. For the behavioural questionnaire, you are asked the same question ("I am the type of person who...") in 31 different iterations which tests your personality in different ways: to find out how your work in a team, how you make decisions, how your work alone, how you are with stress, your awareness of cost, etc, etc. This is also untimed. For the e-tray, you are given a lot of background information (a dozen or more documents) and you are then given a series of 25 different emails to which you must respond with the most and least effective responses based on the information given. This is a timed test (80 minutes). For the video interview, you are asked a series of questions to which you respond with timed answers. You are given around 30 seconds to prepare a response and then around 90 seconds to answer. In total there are 6-8 questions as far as I can recall. You do the test on the website or the Launchpad app on your smartphone. At the assessment centre, you take part in a number of different exercises in which you do a typed exercise similar to the e-tray (which is timed), a one-to-one interview in which you play the role of a fast streamer assigned to certain tasks and a group discussion in which you are tested on your negotiation and collaboration skills. In total, the FSAC lasts about 5 hours (as far as I can recall) but it flies by.
