No fun, but everyone I spoke with was eager to go off-script once we'd finished the standard questions and just talk naturally about the role, my experience, and any questions I had about the position/organization.

They are all behavioral-based interview questions and there are many resources online to see what these look like. They aren't trick questions or brainteasers. Your goal should be to have good examples from your work life that are relevant to multiple leadership principles and make clear what your specific role was in things like solving product issues, resolving disagreements between yourself and colleagues, and thinking big. Really be able to define your role within these situations and what you specifically did or didn't do, rather than just your team as a whole.

Tell us about a time you thought from a different perspective?
Question I answered was on a possible merger between two pharmaceutical firms and how the regulator might react, what elements of the two firms that the regulator might consider important in their analysis. Follow up questions asked how my answer might change given different circumstances: if what they produced was similar or different, the scale of profits or innovation there was in the industry at that time etc.
