Questions were pretty typical. None stood out as difficult.
Questions are based on STAR format which I wasn't familiar with. My answers won't help you since I didn't get the job and I didn't follow this format. 1. Describe the worst customer service you've ever given? 2. How would you get a team member/customer who isn't responding to respond to a request? 3. What was your favorite course in college? I kept getting asked if the skills assessment test was something I'd like to do and what part of the skills assessment test would be my favorite part of the job. Skills assessment was easy. Basic QA test, IF/THEN logic and reading a SQL query. You don't even have to get the skills assessment right (from what they say) you just have to walk them through your thought process.
