I was required to put together a PowerPoint presentation to introduce myself to the panel in the first 5 minutes of the panel interview. The PP was to answer who I was, experience, how I would incorporate KPIs into the dept. and examples of how I'd done so in past positions. Also, why I was the best hire for the position.
