Since there is little professional hiring experience, the questions asked are the pretty standard set that can be found by searching for just such. There is a focus on asking about research experience though, so be ready to talk that up and really highlight the research that you have done. Brining in talented researchers sets one up to be disappointed by the nature of the work, but seems to be what they are looking for so be prepared to talk about this if you still do want to work here after seeing all the red flags.
