Rather than discuss my experience and how that may apply to the position for which I was interviewing, nearly all the questions were psychological, asking upfront if I'd ever had any "incidences" (aka butted heads with) coworkers in the past. I was also told me that there would be a second part of the interview that would involve some tests of my ability, but didn't get around to those in my interview and wasn't contacted again.
