Can you explain one experience you've had with a difficult customer? Why are you looking to move into this industry?
Later I was joined by all the members of the editorial team, and felt I was being critically analyzed. This was expected, however it just made me nervous.
No surprising questions. Questions were about relevant experience, whether there was any experience I'd left out on my resume, what challenges I had faced in previous jobs and how I'd approached them.
