How did you overcome an obstacle?
During the first interview I was asked behavioral questions. During the final interview event I was asked mainly behavioral questions with 3 technical questions. One of the questions I was asked to determine how a tool broke. Another question I was asked to draw the forces going throughout a tool and to determine the points of failure. Lastly, I was shown a part and asked to determine how it was manufactured, and how best to design it in CAD.
What was the biggest risk you have taken?
I was asked who from the previous panel of interviewers I would fire if I had to fire one right now.
