None of the scenario questions were difficult, but they are designed to critically think and are all possible situations you could face on the job.
It was a very boilerplate interview, according to my recollection. Nothing surprising.
I thought they were pretty typical questions...nothing difficult comes to mind
The group interview is tricky in that it involves both you doing analysis independently and then melding your opinions with others.

What was your largest deliverable in your last position?
Nothing. They gave me a scenario and asked how I would handle it but I have 20 years of experience, that I do not receive pay scale creidt for due to periods of teaching outside the country and being a stay-at-home mom.
