In the healthcare industry, requirements, regulations, and clients are constantly changing, which means training documentation and courses are constantly (and frequently) changing. What in your experience has prepared you to adapt quickly to changes and act on them?

Nothing was that unexpected. I would say the most important part in the in-person interview process is to show that you can collaborate with others, and that you are solution-oriented. If you were trained in policy, show your skills by analyzing all sides of the problem. I would say make sure to remember that your team is not your competition, and that you look better (and have more fun) if you listen to one another and support each other. Not EVERYONE needs to lead -- let the natural leader take control but make sure you contribute.
