Why do you want to make a change?
I got a face-to-face interview but I did not get an offer. Possibly because my salary requirements were too high for them - though I only asked what would be DC-area competitive for someone with my credentials (PhD and 3 years analyst experience). Neither of the Content Directors with whom I interviewed had a PhD, though they would have been my supervisors or peers. One of them had been in her position for less than 6 months because the previous content director had left the company. Sounds like turnover is really high at this place.

most questions were about my experience in the global market. this companies global footprint is expansive and they were looking for someone who had established experience with all territories
