Lululemon's big question of the day will be what are your goals in 5-10 years, so depending on your age and where you are in life it is a tough question. many people don't get hired because they just don't know what their goals are in future so Lululemon takes that as a negative instead of looking into a persons background or what they may have to offer the company. the other ridiculous question is what kind of animal would you be and why.

Group interview was very straightforward. 30 mins with three other people. A total of four questions about your own experiences such as your passions, a time you were challenged/changed your perspective, and how would you help a guest that did not have the product they wanted in store.
