General questions about my experience relevant to the job.
Very basic questions. Really wanted to know if I was technical enough to also do build in addition to managing employees.
Prescreen was only 3 questions. 1:1 was when the recruiter went line by line through my resume asking me questions about previous roles and responsibilities and my final take away from each job. I really enjoyed that he did that because it shows he actually took the time to review my resume prior to us meeting. The Panel interview was just behavioural questions and a little bit of free discussion about upcoming projects and how I would have handled certain situations.

Why do you want this position
Can you explain the SDLC and its interactions within the NHS structure.
Asked the typical questions...what are your strengths and weaknesses etc. Felt that we talked about my past experience and how it would relate to this position. Walked away feeling that I would be called back for second panel interview. Never heard any feedback.
