What you think good hospitality is?
They primarily asked personality questions, like what is an example of a big challenge in your life and how you overcame it, what was a difficult situation and how did you handle it, etc... Only one technical question, it was an extremely simple thermodynamics one and required just engineering intuition and a basic knowledge of thermodynamics. Didn't need to use any formulas or do any math at all.
Tell us about yourself. What are your strengths and weaknesses? Tell us about a time where you had to deal with conflict regarding a client. Tell us about a time where you had to lead a team of people.
