To candidates out there concerned about questions that seem too big or experimental, like the one in the other comments about "being the CEO of the privatized post office," I think it's important to remember that they're (and not just NSG - many companies ask high level questions like this), it's important to remember they just want to see how you think. If you just graduated and don't have much experience, I think these types of questions are more common to get an idea of how you think. Other skills can be taught.
