They went through my skills/resumé during an interview. Then proceeded to ask me the 3 light bulbs question (non-textbook answer), one debugging question for errors in C/C++, and a super simple coding question. This round was relatively simple. My 2nd interview was a scenario based one where I had to solve a problem top to bottom, highlighting what kind of technologies and solutions I would use. They basically try to assess a combination of your creativity and knowledge. It was an interesting interview, but I don't think I did extraordinarily well here.
