Tell me about a time you failed and how you reacted.
The most difficult part of the process was the recorded interview session. There was a limited amount of time to read and answer each question. Once you answered, you could not review your responses.
Give an example of how you motivated your team? Where else have you applied? What do you know about the ELP? How is is different from the other places you applied? Where do you see yourself in five years? What's your biggest weakness? Describe what you do in that situation (biggest weakness)?
Name a time where you received criticism and how did you react to it?
There were no difficult questions in either of the phone interviews . Just the old classics: "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" etc.
