For the second interview, I was asked to prepare a 2017 Engagement Business Plan with Budget Projections. From that plan, I was asked to take my favorite idea and build a marketing campaign for the event and to bring 3 copies with me. I was a bit reluctant. They did not share the purpose of this exercise and what was being measured…creativity? Ability to write? Budgeting skills? Project planning abilities? Expectations were not clearly communicated. There was also an interviewer in the first panel who presented some questions to me in a style that I found aggressive and borderline unprofessional.
What has been your experience in the biotech field particularly in the company start up arena.
Q: "You're asked by a manager to go clean up a spill, on your way to get the paper towels you're stopped by a customer. The customer wants a refill on her popcorn, what do you do?"

My expectations from the work itself
asked basic questions relating to technology. Very basic questions. No one in the room understood any of the certifications on my resume.
