What do you like about working with a customer over the telephone ?
The CEO asked me what type of CEO I like to work with. I felt that he was sincerely trying to get my perspective of the types of attributes that I admire about the leader of the company.
From a random list of 20 traits just read out, expected me to name 8 that best relate to me. Could have thought about a better to ask this question. Put yourself in the other person's shoes and be less egoistic
