Pertaining to the role, noting unexpected. I love OJO, they have fantastic and really passionate people. The process however is definitely too long, interview runs forever as you meet several people and does not stop until you run out of gas and say I am done! or they end up meeting their quest for a 'unicon' in you.

Nothing really, do you want the job.
Asked about what you know about the company and how they operate, but mostly it was a chat through experience and how relevant it might be to the job.
All questions were pretty easy and scenarios you may have already experienced before. I did not get the job which was very sad but it was because they hired internally. A friend of mine who used to work for the company told me that she knew the person they hired and it was an internal candidate.
You see a hazard on the ramp and if you tend to that hazard, you risk not completing your assigned task on time. What do you do?
