The initial phone screen and hiring manager interviews were easy. The panel interview was difficult due to repeating questions and interviewers asking questions based on my resume and not providing parallels to everyday work. Very few people on the panels had been with the company for more than 2 years, which is a major red flag in hindsight.

They asked me mainly about my experiences and my impressions about their employer branding work so far. Also, how i structure my daily work, my expectations for the job and whats important to me to stay motivated.
