They focused on strategic experience, leadership capability, and approach to building and scaling sales enablement programs. Questions were more about my thought process and experience than anything technical.
There were some questions about weaknesses and lost sales in the past. I considered the questions as a way to understand my interest in self evaluation and improvement. The questions were not too bad and fair for both of us. They led to a healthy conversation about how to manage challenges and adversity.
