1st interview was a discussion, likely to assess the overall fit 2nd interview was a classic Q&A session 3rd interview was a presentation that I had to prepare and deliver to a panel
Each person asked different questions during the process, which was nice. It did not feel repetitive at all. To share one example, in the final presentation, the team asked some questions around time management and prioritization of enablement activities.
