What are the benefits of investing in the project?
The most difficult question was testing my knowledge on flow battery systems, with which I had very little experience.
First interview: Why FMO, examples of specific situations at work (problems with boss, solving situations, etc), explain about your previous jobs and tasks, some details about projects involved (i.e size of the project). Second interview a business case about an hydroelectric power plant loan. 4 pages of reading and questions. Very intense and uncomfortable, they are waiting for you to give the correct answer sometimes, and that puts too much pressure on it.
What are the biggest challenges for the energy sector? What would you advise the CEO of a big oil or gas company? How do you behave in teams? How do you deal with feedback?
