They give you the questions upfront e.g. "Tell me a time when you made a mistake?". It was very straightforward, although they had an engineer taking the interview for 'development', alongside an Adecco contractor, which was slightly off-putting. You would think they would want a manager to vet recruits... Again, for me it spoke to how much they cared about investing in the process and candidates.
