The biggest thing was not a question but the deliverable - I am not sure how much I am able to disclose. I can say that it takes a respectable amount of time as it requires you to obtain a strong baseline understanding of the companies products. Respect that the amount needed to learn about the company will take a little time.

None really unexpected or difficult. Typical; what did you do in a difficult situation or handle difficult customers? Who do you admire? What are your goals? The hardest part was coming to grips with the 50 hour work week and 100% commission.
They ask you questions on how to handle difficult situations you had at your last job .
Broad, vague questions impossible to answer in one minute. How can a candidate be judged or disqualified based on 4 minutes. Baffling.
