For the second interview, I was asked to prepare a 2017 Engagement Business Plan with Budget Projections. From that plan, I was asked to take my favorite idea and build a marketing campaign for the event and to bring 3 copies with me. I was a bit reluctant. They did not share the purpose of this exercise and what was being measured…creativity? Ability to write? Budgeting skills? Project planning abilities? Expectations were not clearly communicated. There was also an interviewer in the first panel who presented some questions to me in a style that I found aggressive and borderline unprofessional.
