The online tests were very hard, I thought I hadn't got any of them right, and I had been practising for a few days. Competency areas were stated in advance and questions were of average difficulty.

Typical behavioral interview questions like 'Tell me what your leadership style', 'What is your preferred project management style', etc. The 'mini-cases' posed a situation/question and asked you to evaluate a market, either from a revenue (addressable market) or marketing (market variables & techniques) lens. These required prior knowledge or experience with MedTech consulting or strategic marketing.
