Asked my background. Describe situations in which I have engaged stakeholders. Was interviewed by two people. The one lady was very nice, but the other lady I knew I did not want to work for her. I felt she didn't want to hire me before we even began talking.
I was asked a variety of questions by the recruiter and managers during my two interviews which included understanding more about my experience and previous roles to how I’ve dealt with difficult stakeholders and how I cope when I’m outside my comfort zone.
