I always find questions that surround potential weaknesses to be difficult but other than that I felt well prepared for the interview questions asked. I felt very comfortable in the interview process and was able to ask any and all questions.
Technical Questions
Nothing difficult or unexpected - just the realization that when you interview with so many different folks (8, in my case) their reactions will vary and certain traits can be seen as both positive and negative by people within the same (small) organization - important to know!
