Look up, Assist ticketing system and Service now. - Basic troubleshooting steps and focus on customer support - Be yourself. They need people so as long as you are respectful, professional and articulate. You will get the job - Also show that you can handle stress because support involves a ton of stress management and tough clients - Lastly don't do drugs because they drug test and sometimes hair test!
