They had pretty general interview questions. They asked about willingness to relocate but had no answers of where relocation would be.
Tell me about a time when you saw someone working unsafely and what you did to correct the situation. Tell me about a time when you had a conflict working with someone. Why do you want to work for Suncor? What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Why do you want to become a MIT?
Describe a time when you had to deal with conflict with another person in your department. How did you handle it?

I found the retail oriented questions difficult initially as I had no retail experience but the interviewers told me "we know you have no retail experience just relate experiences you've had that were similar." Probably my favorite question was about "growing talent" and how I had done that in the past. This seems to be (and rightfully so) a big concern during the interview process.
