What do you do when you want to join a program that is new?
Walked through my resume, then two generic behavioral questions. Nothing technical.
There is one more round which is a group oriented problem solving type interview. You are given a department and you have to face a 'budget cut' and you have to try to persuade the others in your group why your department is more important than the other people's in the group. You have about 20 minutes to figure out what gets cut and what division within your department will get the cut, if any.
What would you do if you have some nasty customers you have to work with?
1. Which is better - Agile or Waterfall? 2. How will you test XYZ product from a user's perspective? 3. How will you deal with disagreement between Engineering team and Testing team? 4. How will you communicate your disagreement with the Engineering team to upper management? 5. Will you be involved in product design? 6.
